3. I’m flat out running my business - how much time does this take?
We get it, time’s tight. The short video series can be watched on your own schedule (each video is 20–35 mins). The group program is 1 hour per week, plus optional reflection and action time. Everything is designed to give you time back, not take more from you. For 1:1 mentoring we can discuss evening sessions.

4. What if I can’t make the group sessions live?
No stress, all live sessions are recorded, and you’ll get 60-day replay access. Many participants watch the replays and still get great results by applying what they learn at their own pace.
